That, my friend, is your inner critic — and she’s been working overtime. But here’s the truth: She’s not the boss. You are.

It’s time to pack her bags and send her on an all-expenses-paid vacation… preferably with no cell service.

Let’s explore how to quiet that inner critic using powerful, evidence-backed tools like:

👀 First, Why Do We Even Have an Inner Critic?

Your inner critic isn’t trying to be evil. She’s actually part of your brain’s old-school survival system. Her job? Keep you “safe” from embarrassment, rejection, or failure. Repeat 2–3 rounds. Deep breath. Inner critic? Quieter already.
